This Privacy Policy explains how I (With Wishe), as an independent developer, collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use Minta ("the App" or "Service").
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. What types of Personal data do we collect?
As long as quality of the Services can be guaranteed, we will endeavor to collect as little of your personal information as possible. The information we collect from you for the performance of our Services are as follows:
1.1 Account information: When you choose our service to register an account, we will collect your account information, such as account number, login password, third-party account information.
1.2 Device Information: When you visit or access the Services, we also collect your device ID, IP address etc.
You may refer to Appendix 1 of this Privacy Policy for more details on the information we collect from your devices.
1.3 Your Profile Information: When you create your profile in our app, we collect your profile infomation, such as profile photo, nickname, gender, date of birth, personal signature, etc.
1.4 User Content & Behavior Information: Such as friend list, messages, video streaming data, etc.
1.5 Virtual Currency & Payment Information: order number, recharge information, payment method, virtual currency balance, user props and rights, etc.
1.6 Communication data: When you send me an email or contact me via the support in our Services, we collect the Personal Data you provide us. This may include your name, email address and any other information you choose to provide.
1.7 Log-in history and usage data: In order to enhance the functionality of the Services and to provide you with a better user experience, we collect technical information transmitted by your device when you use the Services, including information related to your behavior and use of the Services.
1.8 Third Party Application Detection: To provide sharing functionality, the app can detect if WhatsApp is installed on your device.
To provide payment functionality, the software can also detect whether Google Play is installed on your device.
1.9 Permission Requests and User Notification: For key permissions (such as camera, microphone, notifications, and album), we will provide clear in-app explanations about why these permissions are needed before requesting access, and we will only request such permissions when necessary to provide relevant features.

| ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION | To support Bluetooth headset calling, we need to access location permissions to discover Bluetooth devices. This data is only used for device connection and will not collect or upload geographic location information. |

2. Cookies and Similar Technologies
When you use the Services, we may collect and store certain information about your access through the use of cookies and similar technologies. These small data files help us recognize you when you access or revisit the Services, providing you with a better and more personalized experience.

3. How we process your Personal Data
3.1 For provision of our Services; customer support
We use your Personal Data, such as your name and email, address, to provide you with our services and provide customer support. This includes, for example, allowing you to log-in or responding to your inquiries.
3.2 Payments
We collect certain information about your payment instruments from our third-party payment processors, for the purposes of orderly filing, connecting your payment method to your account on the Services, billing and sending invoices.
3.3 Improving our Services
We collect and analyze information about you and your usage of our Services for the purposes of usability, quality, functionality and effectiveness of our Services, including debugging to identify and repair errors and undertaking internal research for technological development and demonstration.
3.4 Marketing and advertising
We use Tracking Technologies in order to provide you with advertisements when you visit our Services, including personalized and non-personalized advertising, in short-term, transient use, shown as part of your current interaction with us, while your Personal Data is not disclosed to another third party and is not used to build a profile about you.
3.5 Integrity
We process certain information about you and your usage of our Services to keep the integrity and security of our Services, prevent fraud, identify your identity and enforce our policies.
3.6 Compliance with applicable laws; assistance to law enforcement agencies
We process your Personal Data in order to comply with our legal obligation under applicable laws.
3.7 Special Categories of Personal Data
Our processing of your Personal Data may also involve special categories of Personal Data, such as your racial or ethnic origin. We will process such information, as well as disclose it to competent authorities (such as licensing bodies or law enforcement bodies), where it is necessary for the following purposes (to the extent permissible by applicable law): (i) prevention or detection of an unlawful act, (ii) prevention of dishonesty, malpractice or other seriously improper conduct, provided that obtaining your consent may prejudice those purposes.
4. How Do We Share Your Personal Data
We do not sell or rent your Personal Data to third parties. Any sharing of your data is done only as necessary to operate, provide, and improve our Services, and in accordance with applicable laws.

Third‑party vendors who provide services such as cloud hosting, customer support, analytics, and fraud detection. These providers are contractually obligated to use your data only for the purpose of providing these services and must protect your data appropriately.

We work with trusted third‑party payment processors to handle transactions securely. They may access your billing information and transaction metadata solely to complete your purchases.

At your choice, you may connect your account with third‑party services (e.g., Google, Apple, Facebook). These integrations may share limited information such as user ID, profile data, or authentication tokens. You may disable these connections at any time through the relevant settings.

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or valid legal process, or when necessary to prevent fraud, enforce our Terms of Service, or protect the rights, property, or safety of our users and the public.

5. Storage and Processing of Your Information
5.1. Storage and Security of Your Information
Your information collected through the Services may be processed and/or stored in any country where we or our service providers maintain facilities. We take appropriate organizational and technical measures to ensure that such storage and transfers are secure and that your personal data remains protected.
All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using industry‑standard encryption protocols (e.g., HTTPS/TLS) to protect your privacy and data security.

For users with an active account, we retain data as long as your account remains active or as necessary to provide services.

Our Services may link to third-party websites or services. The privacy practices of these third parties are not governed by this Policy. This Policy does not apply to the privacy practices of companies that we do not own or control, or individuals that we do not employ or manage, including any third parties to whom we may disclose information under this Policy. When you connect your account to a third-party service or choose to connect your account with an external platform, you authorize me to share certain information with that third party on your behalf. This information may include details such as your user name, that the connection originated from our service, and other relevant usage or diagnostic data. We may also share information about the content or activities you interact with on our platform. You knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks of using any third-party services. You agree that we are not responsible for such third-party services and your use of them.
7.Children's privacy
Our Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18 or below the age of digital consent ("Age of Consent") as defined by the applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose Personal Data from children under the Age of Consent. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected Personal Data from a user who is under the Age of Consent, we will take immediate steps to delete such data from our records and disable the associated account.

In jurisdictions where explicit consent is required for the processing of a minor's Personal Data, we do not process such data without valid consent from a parent or legal guardian. 9. Submitting a privacy request
9.1. Authorized Agent Requests
You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf to exercise your rights under applicable data protection laws, provided that:

- You have provided the agent with signed, written permission to act on your behalf.
If you submit a request through an authorized agent, we may require:
- A copy of the signed authorization;

Any Personal Data collected as part of a verifiable privacy request will be used solely for the purposes of verifying the identity or authority of the requestor and processing the request.
9.4. No Account Requirement
You are not required to create an account with me in order to submit a verifiable request to exercise your privacy rights.
10. How to delete your account and data
You may request the deletion of your account and associated Personal Data at any time. To do so:
- Log in to your account;
- Go to "Settings > Account cancellation;
- Confirm your request for permanent deletion.
Your account will be deleted immediately after deletion. Upon deletion, we will remove content you have created, posted, or streamed and all your asset in your account. And there is no way to restore your account or reuse it after deletion.
Please note:
- Data shared by others about you (such as messages, or posts) will not be removed;
- Some data may be retained in accordance with our retention policy and legal obligations, such as for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or regulatory compliance.
We may also retain backup copies of certain information for a limited time for business continuity or disaster recovery purposes, in accordance with applicable laws.

11. How Do We Protect Your Data
We care deeply about your privacy and are committed to protecting your Personal Data.
To help prevent unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of your information, we have implemented a combination of administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including but not limited to:
