All Personal Data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and based on one or more lawful grounds, including the performance of a contract, our legitimate interests, compliance with legal obligations, or your consent where required.
We process your Personal Data for the following purposes:
2.1 Service Provision and Customer Support
We use Personal Data such as your name, email address, and account information to provide core Service functions, including account registration, login authentication, feature access, and customer support. This also includes responding to inquiries, handling requests, and resolving technical or service-related issues.
2.2 Payments and Transaction Management
When you make purchases through Taggo, payment processing is handled by authorized third-party payment service providers. We may receive limited information related to your transactions, such as payment status, transaction date, amount, and merchant reference, for record-keeping, billing, accounting, and compliance purposes.
We do not store your full payment instrument details (such as complete credit card numbers) on our servers.

We process usage and interaction data to understand how users engage with the Service and to improve performance, functionality, and user experience. This includes activities such as troubleshooting, debugging, error correction, analytics, and internal research for service development.
2.4 Marketing and Advertising Activities
We may use tracking technologies to display advertisements during your interaction with the Service. These advertisements are designed to be relevant to your interests based on your usage patterns and preferences.
We do not sell your Personal Data or use it to build long-term behavioral profiles outside the Service. Advertising-related processing is conducted in accordance with applicable privacy regulations and platform policies.
2.5 Security and Fraud Prevention
We process Personal Data to protect the safety, integrity, and security of the Service. This includes detecting and preventing fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access, verifying user identity where necessary, and enforcing our terms, policies, and community guidelines.
2.6 Legal Compliance and Regulatory Obligations
We process Personal Data as necessary to comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or enforceable governmental requests. Where required by law, we may also assist law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
2.7 Special Categories of Personal Data
In limited circumstances, we may process special categories of Personal Data, where permitted by applicable law and strictly necessary for purposes such as preventing unlawful activities, ensuring platform safety, or addressing serious misconduct.
Such data will only be disclosed to competent authorities when legally required or permitted, particularly in situations where obtaining user consent may undermine these objectives.
2.8 Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to support essential Service functions, enhance security, and improve user experience. These technologies help us authenticate users, manage sessions, remember preferences, and protect accounts from unauthorized access.
We do not use cookies or similar technologies for the sale of Personal Data or unauthorized cross-site tracking. You may manage cookie preferences through your browser or device settings; however, disabling certain cookies may affect the availability or functionality of the Service.
3.How We Share Your Personal Data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your Personal Data under any circumstances. We only share Personal Data with carefully selected third parties when it is strictly necessary to operate, support, secure, and improve the Taggo Service, and always in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
The categories of third parties with whom we may share Personal Data include the following:

Such service providers are granted access only to the data required to perform their designated services and are contractually obligated to process Personal Data solely in accordance with our instructions, applicable laws, and strict confidentiality and security requirements. They are prohibited from using Personal Data for their own purposes.
3.2 Payment Processing Partners
To facilitate secure and efficient payment transactions, we work with established third-party payment processors. These partners process payment information and transaction details solely for the purpose of completing purchases, managing billing, and handling refunds or disputes where applicable.
We do not receive or store your complete payment instrument details.
3.3 Third-Party Platforms and Integrations
If you choose to link or access the Service through a third-party platform (such as Google, Apple, or other supported providers), we may share limited information—such as account identifiers or authentication tokens—based on your explicit authorization.
This data sharing is strictly limited to enabling the requested integration. You may manage, modify, or revoke such permissions at any time through your account settings or the relevant third-party platform.
3.4 Legal Requirements and Safety Protection
We may disclose Personal Data when required to do so by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request. We may also share information where necessary to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users, the public, or the Service, including for fraud prevention, abuse investigation, or addressing serious security incidents.
Any such disclosure is carried out with due care and only to the extent legally permitted or required.
3.5 Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, corporate restructuring, or sale of all or part of our assets, Personal Data may be transferred as part of that transaction. In such cases, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that your Personal Data remains subject to protections consistent with this Privacy Policy or equivalent safeguards.
4.Data Security
We take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect your Personal Data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Our security practices include a combination of administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of your information.

Our systems are protected by firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and other widely adopted security technologies to help prevent unauthorized access and misuse.
4.4 Ongoing Security Management
We maintain security monitoring practices and conduct periodic security assessments, including vulnerability reviews and, where appropriate, penetration testing. We also maintain incident response procedures to address potential security events in a timely manner.
4.5 Data Minimization and Retention Controls
We collect and retain Personal Data only for purposes that are necessary and clearly defined. When Personal Data is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to securely delete or anonymize it in accordance with applicable laws and internal policies.
While we are committed to protecting your Personal Data using commercially reasonable safeguards, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. You also play an important role in maintaining the security of your information. We encourage you to use strong and unique passwords, safeguard your login credentials, and notify us promptly of any unauthorized account activity.
5.International Data Transfers
To deliver and operate the Taggo Service effectively, your Personal Data may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in countries other than the one in which you reside. These locations may include regions where our service providers or partners operate and may have data protection laws that differ from those in your jurisdiction.
Regardless of where your Personal Data is processed, we take appropriate measures to ensure that it remains protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
Where required, we rely on one or more of the following safeguards to support international data transfers:
Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs): We enter into data transfer agreements that incorporate standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or other relevant authorities to ensure an adequate level of data protection.
Adequacy Decisions: When available, we prioritize transfers to countries that have been recognized by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection.
International transfers are carried out only where necessary to perform our contract with you, comply with legal obligations, or pursue our legitimate interests, such as operating and securing the Service. We remain committed to protecting your Personal Data in accordance with applicable laws, including the GDPR and UK GDPR.
6.Retention of Your Information
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
The specific retention period depends on the context:
For active users, we retain your data for the duration of your use of our services and for a reasonable period thereafter to support your ongoing experience and for legal and regulatory purposes.
For temporary interactions, we retain relevant information for a limited period following your last activity, as dictated by applicable laws.
In certain circumstances, such as to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements, we may need to retain specific data for longer periods. Once your information is no longer required, we will securely delete or anonymize it. Backup copies may be retained for a short additional period to support system recovery and auditing, in line with our standard practices.
7.Your Rights
Depending on your location and applicable data protection laws (such as the GDPR or CCPA), you may have a range of rights regarding your personal data.
